Is judge analytics permitted?
BenchIQ reports patterns in published, public decisions — the same decisions any advocate could read and tally by hand. It states what a bench has done over a stated period, with the sample size shown; it does not predict what a bench will do in your matter.
Where do the figures come from?
Only from public court records in eMunshi's own corpus — comprehensive Supreme Court judgments, ten years of High Court judgments and seven years of district court judgments, plus published rosters. Every figure links to the list of orders behind it.
How reliable is a rate built on a few matters?
A rate is shown only when there are enough matters behind it; below that threshold you see the count and the matters themselves, not a percentage.
How current is the data?
Cause lists, rosters and the bench, party and counsel figures are refreshed as courts publish new listings and decisions.
How does the free month work?
Every court is free for your first two months, with all seventeen analytics switched on and no card needed. Before the two months end we ask whether you want to continue — ₹1,500 per court monthly, or ₹15,000 per court a year with two months free. Nothing is charged unless you say yes.
Is there a contract?
No. Pay month to month and switch a court off any month, or pay once a year for two months free.
