Who actually reviews the draft?
An eMunshi drafting expert — a practising advocate who specialises in the court's practice — reviews and certifies every expert-approved draft before delivery, and is accountable for it. On the senior tier a senior advocate reviews it personally.
Whose name goes on the filing?
Yours. eMunshi delivers the finished document to you; you sign and file it as the advocate on record. eMunshi never appears on the pleading.
What does "certified" mean?
The reviewing expert has checked the draft against the court's rules and the facts you gave, verified its citations, approved it for filing, and stands behind it.
Which courts and document types?
Each document type is offered for a court once practising advocates have written its drafting rules and certified the output. You will see what is available for your court when you order.
Can the draft invent a case or a section?
No. Court format and sections come from certified rules and the law library, not from the model. A citation appears only if it resolves to a real judgment in eMunshi's corpus of Supreme Court, High Court and district court decisions; one that does not resolve never reaches the page. Facts come only from your intake. And a drafting expert certifies the draft before it reaches you.
Is there a subscription?
No. The platform is free for your first two months; after that you pay per draft, by UPI, card or netbanking via Razorpay. Nothing recurs.
